List a Ppomppu board's posts, newest first, 20 to 30 a page: number, title, prefix and category, author, time posted, views, votes and comment count. Board notices are left out. sinceNo returns only posts newer than the last one seen, for polling a board.

`board`	string	Required. A board id, such as freeboard, ppomppu or stock, or a ppomppu.co.kr board URL. At least 1 character.
`pages`	integer	How many list pages to read, from 1. A page holds 20 to 30 posts, by board. From 1 to 20.
`sinceNo`	integer	Return only posts numbered above this one, and stop reading once the list reaches it. Post numbers rise with each new post on a board, so the highest no from the last call returns only what is new since. At least 0.

Output

data is an array of rows, one per result. Each row has:

`isHot`	boolean	The board highlights the post as popular; such a post can sit above newer ones.
`page`	integer	The list page the post was on, from 1.
`position`	integer	The post's position across the pages read, from 1.
